Sadie Amara Calvano is an actor from America that has gained fame for portraying Violet Plunkett in the CBS sitcom 'Mom'. Calvano has a family in California, and initially was attracted to at competitive gymnastics. Later, she decided to pursue a career as an actor. In a CBS show "NCIS" her debut came in the year 2010. In the crime drama biographical film J Edgar, she made her debut on the big screen a few months later. Through the course of time she's been recognized to be one of the most promising young actresses working in the industry today. The year she was born, she received an award nomination to the Young Artist Award, Best Performance of an Actor in the Younger Years of Actress on a TV Series for her part in "NCIS". The year 2013 saw Calvano nominated once again for the Young Artist Award. This is for her role on Disney XD's 'Kickin The 'It'. Calvano played a role in a handful in the episodes "Mom" in the 4th season. She was a main role in the initial three seasons of the series. She won the Gracie Allen Award in 2015 for Outstanding Female Actor - Rising Star because of her character in 'Mom'.
